If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jarold came to our home to service your HVAV for the first time. Sign up for his service plan by the way! He had no idea what he was walking in to. We have tried several different companies and have been disappointed with them all! He ended up staying nearly 4 hours. He walked thru our home answering all of my questions and gave suggestions of how to fix issues that made sense! He is very thorough and his prices are reasonable. Things other companies said were broke or needed to be replaced, Jarold saw that one thing wasn't wired correctly and fixed! Another company wanted to charge $250 to replace it! He installed 2 UV lamps same day as well. Resealed a duct that was not installed properly begin with We have found our forever AC service guy for sure!

I felt like I could really trust Jarold. He was prompt, listened to my concerns, explained thoroughly, and had great recommendations, without overselling. I will 100% use him in the future and appreciate his honesty. It felt like he wanted what was best for me and our needs.

Very grateful for the quick rescue and outstanding service. Communications let us know we were a priority and the work itself was top-notch, while also being timely, thorough, and reasonably priced. Ended up buying an annual maintenance plan because we want to continue with this service and coverage. Will highly recommend to others.

We had a sudden cooling problem and called Tolberts. Jarold came out to diagnose the problem. He found a totally unexpected issue and got everything taken care of in a timely manor! I obviously do not want any other issues,But I know who to call!! Very professional and no upselling that seems to be the norm with most companies now!! The best!
