We had our air conditioning ducks cleaned. Your service was explained one way, but the technician said he was going to do it his way. I did not think it was performed correctly according to how I was explained and other YouTube videos describing how they do it. I did call to get it resolved and they did resolve it by coming out and cleaning again the correct way. They did also offer a 25% refund.I have not received it yet. Just thinking if I did not watch videos and watch the technician performing the service. I think the five hundred dollars would have been thrown down the trash. I even saw in the video after the second time of them cleaning more debris in my vents. So yes , the first way he cleaned them was not correct. The two videos you will see the debris is less on the one the second one but still debris.
Most pleasant experience. Technician was punctual, informative, attentive, kind and very respectful. Dalton H. took the time to share details of the process and performed a thorough review of the workscope. Was mindful of the property and engaged in conversation, this was NOT just about getting paid. One 7ft couch was manicured back to life in a timely fashion, no residue, markings nor residual liquids were left behind, advanced odor service was offered and accepted! I was prepared to get new carpets until Zerorez came to our house. Their system using ionized water did a SHOCKINGLY GREAT job (see photo). Once I saw what they could do with the carpets, they moved on to the tile in the foyer and kitchen. The tile was clean, but the grout was beautiful. We were offered a seal finish on the tile, and we expect it will wear and last well. After all that, Dalton suggested cleaning the 40 year old fabric furniture and it came out like new. I highly recommend Zerorez for the quality of their products and Dalton’s professionalism.
Caleb, the technician, did a great job cleaning up the few stains and traffic areas on our carpet. He was very eager to please and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely request him next time. He is a true asset to the business. We love Zerorez because the carpet always comes out soft and clean.
Caleb was great! Professional, friendly and informative. Our furniture looks like it did 10 years ago! We had two loveseats and a couch cleaned. Very happy with the results.
