D2D Movers

We used D2D Moving twice over a couple of weeks time, and both experiences were outstanding. The first was moving portions of our furniture out of state, from Jacksonville, to two separate destinations — Charlottesville, VA and New Haven, CT. The furniture was delivered in both locations (and in fact, there was an additional stop in each location to drop off furniture for storage, as well as at residences, including a third-floor apartment in New Haven). Everything went off without any issues - the communication was great! Eric, the owner, was very hands-on and there to supervise the out-of-state move. The second move was a local in-town move. Again, the move was smooth, without any issues as Fernando, Larry, Jacob, and Aaron worked with a purpose. Additionally, each of the guys were absolute pleasures to work with. They were hardworking, careful with our belongings, and just all-around really, really good people. You can tell they take pride in what they do. D2D handled both with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Beyond the quality of the work, the pricing stood out as well. For a multi-stop long-distance move of the scope of the first move, the cost was more than reasonable — honestly one of the best values we found after shopping around. No surprises, no nickel-and-diming. If you’re looking for movers you can actually trust — whether it’s across town or across multiple states — look no further. I can’t recommend D2D highly enough so make D2D your first call if you're considering a move. PS, we also used them a third time to help move some of our heavier furniture downstairs and to load a rental truck with boxes, etc. that needed to go to storage.

Excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. They were able to schedule my move the very next day, which was incredibly helpful and took a huge amount of stress off my plate. The movers themselves were outstanding — extremely professional, polite, and respectful the entire time. They handled all of my belongings with great care, and I really appreciated how intentional they were about placing everything in the correct rooms without me having to micromanage. The entire move took about three hours, and the team worked efficiently the whole time. If they took any breaks, I didn’t even notice — they stayed focused and kept things moving seamlessly. Between the quick scheduling, fair pricing (which was significantly better than other quotes I received), and the overall level of care and professionalism, this was a 5-star experience all the way. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. Seriously hire D2D Movers.

D2D’s crews are top notch! They handled every piece of furniture like it was their own. The guys were very professional and courteous and always respectful of your property! I’d strongly recommend them to friends and family!!

D2D Movers were awesome! Fernando and Jacob were polite, proficient and careful with my furniture, especially the glass top surfaces. Setting up the appointment and coordinating on the day of the move were easy. While I don’t like moving, I would call D2D again.
