I did my research on several companies. This one was the most fair in pricing and offered more for the price. Zach is super professional and sweet. Communication is top notch. Our yard is looking so much better. Treatment has killed dollar weeds, Virginia buttonweed, and clover. We've had 2 treatments so far. Excited to see how it'll look by end of year.

I was charged $80 for an inspection that lasted approximately 5–10 minutes, only to be told that this company could not treat the type of termites I had. What makes this unacceptable is that BEFORE scheduling the appointment, I sent them clear pictures of the actual termites. The lady I communicated with acknowledged that they were termites, yet she never told me that their company did not service that particular type. If they had properly reviewed the pictures and been upfront with me, there would have been absolutely no reason to send someone to my property and charge me $80. Interestingly, she was very quick to request and collect my credit card information before the inspection. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies. None of them charged me just to come out, identify the issue, and tell me whether they could provide the service. In my opinion, this $80 charge could have easily been avoided. I had already provided them with pictures and enough information to determine whether this was something they handled. Customers should be told upfront when a company does not provide the service they need—not charged $80 to find that out after a 5–10 minute visit.

Zenpura has been excellent! Their communication and pricing are both top-notch. Zack was especially great. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining the services he provided. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with our experience!

I am very pleased with the service. The two technicians who serviced our house were both friendly and communicative, and explained the process well. The German cockroaches are all gone.
