First, Zach is one of the most knowledgeable techs we have had across several pest control services so I hope Clear Defense knows what a rock star they've got on the team! Thank you for answering my drain flies question without a single hesitation. Zach asked the appropriate questions to get to the bottom-line answer for whether or not there was a safe product to use down the drains. Your product knowledge is impressive. We have asked Zach many questions over our service time and he always has great information and safe home solutions. Thank you for training your technicians thoroughly. I'm a woman who appreciates when someone is excellent at their craft. I do not take this service for granted. I fact, when I look around at all the snacks my kiddos leave hiding in weird places, I say a silent Thanks. Thank you, Clear Defense, DAILY! Its basically part of my nightly prayers. Zach, I need a hat like that, man! Its pretty "fly"... 🪰🪰🪰👀⏳️😆 Dom
Zack was amazing! He was so thorough in explaining everything and what to expect with the pest control on the inside and outside of our house! And he was thoughtful with explaining how it works with our fur babies and how safe it is for them! Thank you Zack for being so personable and kind! We look forward to working with him throughout our time with the company.
We were looking for a pest control company after we just moved in and began experiencing an ant infestation in our new build house. Rylan showed up at the perfect time and gave us a great deal for 1 year of service. Josh and Zack have been great technicians to help us deal with getting them all out. Rylan arranged to have them out the next day after I came home to ants everywhere. Great reliable service!!
I called ClearDefense Pest Control after seeing them listed as a pest control near me. Zach and trainer came arrived right on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the team seemed extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate their reliability and friendly service. Would definitely use them again.
Zach is hands down the best pest control technician we’ve worked with. He is always professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to thoroughly explain what he’s doing and why. What really stands out is the level of care he puts into every visit—he never rushes through the job and always makes sure our concerns are addressed before he leaves. It’s clear that Zach genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Thanks to his attention to detail and expertise, we’ve seen a huge improvement in keeping our home pest-free. If you’re lucky enough to have Zach service your home, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend! — Alexander & Family
