I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for the past six years, and the customer service has always been outstanding. Caitlin is incredibly sweet and always remembers my kids and our orders. She is efficient, attentive, and truly exceptional at her job. What impresses me most is that when I call to place an order, she recognizes my voice and often already knows what I want before I even have to say it. That level of personal service is rare these days and shows how much she cares about her customers. Customer service simply doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you, Caitlin, for always making our experience so wonderful! P.s. there is one more person that is as sweet at Caitlin. I just can’t remember her name but once I do I will be back on here to let the world know.

Food was hot and fresh, considering the tier of food this restaurant is, for the price go here not McDonald's or any of them other larger franchises. You get a bang for your buck for sure. The ladies working there always look put together and straight forward but kind. The building itself isn't anything to talk about but it's clean and the food and the staff is good.

By far, one of best food places in entire Jax metro! Full of flavor plates, can't tell you what tasted better! Simply incredible flavourful and juicy food, best hummus ever! Finally, sorry to say but the only few negative reviews few customers wrote, it's not even proper English grammar so who knows why they are so bitter in life! Wish everyone well though! 🙏
