I meet Mr. Young and his staff in 2023. I had trauma from a previous car accident when I was 16. I have high anxiety and ptsd. Am retired veteran. My experience has been magical and heaven sent. Our first visit was so heartwarming, he was so funny and very informative on the procedure I was getting implants. His office staff are the kindest, professional, and loving. I never felt out of place or rushed. I would recommend them to the world. It has been more of pleasure for me to have them take care of my teeth. Am forever grateful. May God protect and continue to be bless them all. ❤️🙏🏽 by the way they deserve 10 ⭐️
I had an appointment with Dr. Young today. He and his staff are nice. They made sure I stayed comfortable for my procedure. Dr. Young was exceptional in doing his job. I appreciate the care they took in their service.
Don’t go here ever. The dentist is rude and just gives you all the negatives instead of actually doing work. Scheduled an appointment for next week and then they harass you to come in early and lie about moving your appointment up a week. They did it twice and then complain to the VA. They have been caught in lies twice in 6 months. They don’t actually provide any service at all. If you are a Veteran, stay away from this place. If you get referred to here, run away. The most toxic dentist in North America.
My family has been seeing Dr. Young for over 20 years. Excellent dentist and staff !! Never have had an issue with scheduling in fact they bend over backwards to get you in regardless how busy they are.
Never tell your customers they can leave at any point during a procedure. Attitude is not necessary. Be courteous and professional.
