Outstanding and very professional service. Dentist(Doctor), hygienist is super, goes beyond the usual routine and explains everything in full details. Front desk, respectfully and very nice. Never ever have I received such service in my life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome service.

Going to the dentist is not very high on my list of fun things to do however the procedures that I have had completed as of now have been smooth sailing. Roxanne is wonderful to have as docs assistant and DR McAlpin is one of the best in the industry. Thank you to Team McAlpin for being a superb team to have your dentistry needs fulfilled. Navy Mark

Absolutely awful people. “Cathy” the veterans coordinator denied my husbands visit because he missed 2 appointments. My husband has narcolepsy and a tbi. He is 100% disabled veteran. Of course he’s going to miss appointments! He sleeps 80% of his life away! We’ve been waiting on this appointment for 3 years. Disgusting how they treat servicemen and I would discourage all vets to steer clear, it’s obvious it’s all about the money.To top it all they refused to see him due to the Va putting the wrong consult in. I’m fairly certain this was one of his “missed appointments.” Complete lack of empathy and pathetic humans in general.

My experience with this facility has been extremely poor, unprofessional and borderline racist. I am a veteran and was referred here. There were multiple scheduling conflicts, no follow-up from the clinic and I was consistently told I could go somewhere else for treatment. I would not recommend this dentistry. My most recent appointment for a new patient was made directly, in person with the staff and confirmed by the VA. When I arrived, the receptionist had no record of my appointment and once more told me I could be seen elsewhere. They made no attempt to apologize, accept fault and stated, "we see hundreds of veterans and it's hard to keep track".
