Andrea, Mary, and Andrew are phenomenal! I feel so much better in my body since doing yoga here! I have been a member for a few months and can feel the difference! I highly recommend!
I absolutely feel like this place is a hidden gem of Fleming island. This is where I go to feel peace and get a good work out or a night of relaxation. Andrea the owner is the sweetest and kindest also. She cares about the people who come. Each teacher and class has its own special spin on yoga. I can’t rave about it enough! I also met my significant other in class and it’s been a love story ever since! 💕
I always say Yoga Den is my happy place. The variety of classes and instructors provides something for everyone. It truly feels like a community, always welcoming new faces and energy. The studio feels like home, warm and inviting. It really is a special place.

I’m a recent convert to the idea of Yoga…and to my great surprise I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy it. I’m not the average practitioner, I’m an over 50 retiree, who spent 30 yrs in the military and law enforcement- I didn’t think Yoga was for me. But as I aged, and grew ever more inflexible( emotionally AND physically) I realized that I needed to take action. Also, as I watched my BP creeping up I also wanted to take steps to manage that unpleasant development. Lo and behold…Yoga! It’s has had a genuinely positive effect on my physical well being AND my overall calmness ( we’re NOT talking miracles here, but it’s gotten lots better). The people here are great, they’re incredibly welcoming ( because I’m TERRIBLE at this!) and not preachy at all( my preconceived notion). It’s a really easy way to try this out, and perhaps you’ll find it as helpful as I did…if you can’t touch your toes and you’re getting annoyed with seemingly everyone like I was- what do you have to lose?
