The Station at Fleming Island

We are so glad we found this place because not only is it still fairly new since they’ve opened up, every rooms we toured were kept in such amazing condition so I knew the team here took great care of this place. Kylee and Sam were very understanding of our military situation and still made things possible and we couldn’t be any more grateful to these two beautiful women and anyone that helped in this transition. Even maintenance showed up in 30min after I submitted a work order. There hasn’t been a single thing that’s been unpleasant but with how everything has been so far, I’m confident we would not have any issues in the future. Thank you to the team at The Station! You guys are the best ❤️

Going to go ahead and start with a shoutout to Sam… she is THAT girl 👏🏻 From the very beginning she answered my (million) questions, responded to emails quickly, and made the whole move-in process so much easier. The complex itself is on the smaller side, which makes it feel more homey and less chaotic than huge apartment communities nearby. The amenities are great, (dog moms… trust me!), the property is well kept, and just an overall comfortable place to live. And the location? 🤌🏻 You’re ridiculously close to food, shops, and basically everything in town, which makes life so convenient.

If you’re looking for luxury resort style living the station is it!!! From the day I inquired up until the day I actually signed my lease moving into the station was a breeze. I will like to give a shout out to Samantha one of the station leasing officers. Sam made our move in smooth as butter, lol! Every inquiry/question(because I have a million) Sam never hesitated to answer and if it was something she didn’t know she went out her way to get us the answers. Even on her off day she’s working(answering my questions lol told you I have many). I was hesitant on moving here be it the bad reviews on most luxury style apartments(ex: some other luxury apartments are so strict that there’s no opportunity for you to actually enjoy its amenities or your life and time there.). The station turned out to be a place that my family and our bratty French bulldog call home and absolutely Love!!! Lastly the station welcomes all, there’s people from all walks of life and nationalities residing here. Everyone is friendly and gets along well. There are a few law enforcement officers which is nice and makes the community feel safe. Once again this process would not have been smooth sailing without Samantha and I cannot forget Kylie she also has a great attitude and is always very helpful! Cheers to you ladies! If you are thinking about moving here, do it!!!! Besides what other luxury community you know that has wine tasting night(My Favorite night🥂) and an calendar full of events for the whole family! -🤎Tabatha
