I brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max in because it was shutting off and rebooting by itself every three minutes or so. I was convinced it was just a battery issue, but the technician was very informative and took the time to educate me. He correctly diagnosed it as a motherboard issue on the spot and fixed it super, super quick! It’s a super chill business, and the reception guy was awesome, very cool and informative. It’s such a laid-back environment, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. After having dealt with bad techs in the past, it was a huge relief to find someone who did a truly professional job. He didn't take any cheap shortcuts; he did the work the right way, and my phone is running exactly how it should again. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants their device repaired without worry.

Went in due to my one year put water damage inside the phone and motherboard wasn’t receiving cellular data screen went green gave it to them they had it done with 3 hours works better than when I brought it in. Great customer service. Respectful. Great prices. Highly recommend.
This is an HONEST REVIEW. PLEASE READ. This is by far the most professional phone repair shop in Jacksonville. Not only are they honest but their customer service is top tier. The previous repair shop charged me $300 for a LCD screen that broke a week later. I called Alex and he told me he can have it fixed in 7mins. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly welcoming and again HONESTY. My phone was fixed in the time frame he gave and for the price we discussed. He replaced my screen with the OLED NOT LCD. Other shops quoted me $400 for the OLED. Integrity will take a company far and this company will be one that goes far.
GREAT place, Dino gave us a brand new screen protector great price! Cleaned my fiancé’s phone clear as day. come here, affordable and a great company. 🤭
