I placed an online order and a couple of weeks later, I received an email asking me to confirm whether that was the correct address, despite the fact that I had already provided it when placing my order. I immediately tried to reply, but every attempt has bounced back because the email address appears to be invalid. As a result, I have no way of contacting you to resolve this issue. I still have not received my order. The policy does not allow refunds, I also have no way to respond to your request for address confirmation due to the invalid contact information provided.

Ordered chair sashes. Order confirmation stated they'd arrive Thursday for a Saturday wedding (otherwise, I would've upgraded the shipping!). Once they shipped, it was clear they wouldn't arrive on time, so I placed a second order for overnight delivery. Received a phone call the following day that the new order was out of stock. Now I am returning the sashes that arrived after the event started and being charged return shipping for their untimely delivery. I don't recommend.
Creepy that I get something very cheap from them just to log a purchase. It was something that I never ordered from them and I don't even know who these people are.... Creepy indeed.
In reading these reviews, I wish I had read them sooner!! I ordered some decor for a wedding that took place this PAST Saturday! So today, I get my boxes with no packing slip, and I CANNOT find a phone number to call them. I guess I got scammed???!!!
I ordered 2 boxes of light blue candles I only needed the 6 inch candle out of each box for a wedding decoration 1 box they were all blue the second box they were blue except the damn 6 inch candle I needed to make my decoration was white so I just wasted 50 dollars. Because I needed 2 6inch blue candles and I ended up with 1 white 6 inch and 1 blue 6 inch. And of course I looked for information to contact them and no information I got ripped off for 50 dollars this is a joke you should at least have customer service for issues like this. Now I have to start over and spend another fifty dollars. Thanks alot like this wedding isn't costing me enough already
