Cowford Realty & Design

The team at Cowford are so Awesome! We are so grateful for the help they gave us when selling our home. This was our fourth experience with Heather and Orphelia. But this experience was extra special for us, because this home was our beloved home for many years. Their guidance was filled with research, experience, and understanding of the human touch. The results ended with our home selling faster than we thought it would and within the range, we wanted to sell her for. From buying to selling they have always been our advocate and champion. I highly recommend them. Thank you soooooo much, Heather and Ophelia❣️ May our future engagements be as fruitful as our last.

My husband and I purchased our first home and Hannah Wells was the best realtor we could’ve asked for! She was so knowledgeable while preparing us and walking us through every step as first time homebuyers, had great recommendations/advice and was always available to help answer all of the many questions we had! She was so patient and understanding, with fantastic attention to detail, saving us so much in the long run! 10/10 recommend!!!

I am so incredibly grateful that I decided to go with Cowford Realty and my awesome Realtor, Carmen, was an absolute lifesaver throughout my home purchase. Due to some uncommon challenges related to the home itself, this was not an easy transaction to say the least. But Carmen was there every step of the way to help make a stressful situation as smooth as I imagine anyone possibly could. She kept advocating for me, pushing for answers, working through the problems, coming up with various resolutions, and helping me stay focused on getting to the finish line. I never felt like I was just another transaction to her. She genuinely cared about getting me and my son into a home. I’m so grateful I had Carmen in my corner. She went WAY above and beyond! I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better Realtor! And the rest of folks who I worked with at Cowford Realty, including Ophelia, are so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and on the ball. 10/10 highly recommend!

Cynthia and Ophelia helped us with selling our home. They both spent a lot of time talking us through the intricacies of what to expect, were patient with us throughout, provided excellent communication, and best of all, helped get our house sold quick. We couldn’t have done it without them and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house, but especially a first time home seller (like us). Thank you so much for helping us out and getting our house sold! Also just want to say how personable they are. They are incredibly warm and welcoming and took time to get to know us and our family. Made us feel right at home and made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable.
