DO NOT BUY LIVE CRAB FROM HERE!!!! WAS a faithful customer until today when they told me they wasn’t going to refund me for the contaminated crabs they sold me. I paid $70 for crabs I was terrified to eat in this Trump economy I can’t afford to throw my money in the trash…… will never go here again.
*UPDATE* WE RECIEVED REPLACEMENT TRAYS. THANK YOU Yaras use to be so good, their garlic crab were always cleaned perfectly and very fresh. Lately its been pretty bad unfortunately, I purchased 2 garlic crab trays $20 & $26, I think it was the last 2 they had Sunday afternoon. We didn't eat them until later that evening and they were awful! The meat was mushy, grey you could tell they weren't too long out of soft shell and didn't smell to good once you get past the seasoning. That will be my last purchase, I tried calling but no answer and no space to leave a message. I really like them, but I can't spend my money of bad crab trays anymore.
Anytime we visit Jacksonville we ALWAYS stop by Yaras. Normally we stop by their Beach Blvd location, but they were out of Blue Crabs. This was a new location for us, but the same great taste. Please give them a try.
I wanted some seafood and the other store that I thought was open on beach was closed so I decided to go to the Cesery blvd instead I ordered crawfish and snowcrabs the snow crabs were okay just didn’t have enough seasoning I think but the crawfish were disgusting like really disgusting I thought it was because they haven’t had enough seasoning but no it’s like they left the crawfish out and they spoiled. it was just nasty maybe I got a bad batch but that nasty and I love crawfish the other Yara place is good so assumed this one was the same I’m lowkey disappointed..
Their seafood is always fresh and delicious. Seasoned perfect and not over cooked
