PeakClick made the whole process pretty painless. The initial meeting was informative without being pushy, they laid out options and let us decide what made sense for our budget. Once we started, they were good about setting expectations for the timeline. The website design phase involved a lot of back and forth, but they were patient with revisions and never made us feel like we were being difficult. The finished site looks sharp and performs well. Communication stayed consistent throughout and they followed up after launch to make sure everything was working right.
This started when I finally admitted our website was hurting us more than helping. PeakClick took the first call seriously and laid out a plan that made sense. The redesign happened over a few weeks and they sent me things to review as they went so I was never out of the loop. After launch they moved into the SEO and told me straight it'd be a slow climb, which it was, but the reports showed steady progress each month. By the end of the first quarter we were on page one for our core searches and the inquiries picked up. Good communication the whole way and nothing sprung on me.
The site was loading slow and bounce rate was terrible. They identified the issues on the audit, rebuilt the front end, optimized the backend, and the load time dropped to under two seconds. Bounce rate followed. SEO worked after that and rankings started climbing within a few months. Real fix!
PeakClick has been running our SEO and Google Ads for about eight months and it's the first time I feel like the agency actually knows what we do. The people we had before sent the same template report every month and good luck getting them on the phone. These folks get on calls with us, walk through what they're testing, and shift things based on what's pulling for our industry. We run a small HVAC company so the seasonal swings matter a lot, and they move the ad spend and content around heating season vs cooling season instead of just letting it run flat. The site they built also loads way quicker than what we had before, which I think is part of why the rankings moved. Calls and form fills are up but the bigger thing for me is the leads are better quality, less people just price shopping and more actual jobs we can book. Took a while to find an agency that pays attention to a smaller business like ours.
PeakClick did an excellent job with both the SEO services and web design. Our site looks professional and easy to navigate
