From the moment I dealt with him, it was obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work and treats people the way he would want to be treated. He is honest, upfront, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and affordable. Most importantly, he does exactly what he says he’s going to do. No unnecessary repairs, no trying to upsell you, no hidden surprises, and absolutely no feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. Ian isn’t just someone who fixes cars—he builds trust. And in today’s world, that is worth more than any discount. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who puts doing the right thing and taking care of his customers ahead of greed or making an extra dollar. 11/10. I am so grateful for Ian. My Wife and Daughter were stranded in St. Augustine 150 miles from home with a bulge in their tire. It was late and most places were closed. He was responsive to their calls; fast and professional while making them feel comfortable and respected in a difficult situation. Highly recommend this business and Ian. Ian and his team are great. Had a small issue trying to change a headlight bulb and Ian quickly and easily changed it for us in 2 minutes without missing a beat! Made it super easy and affordable to get this done quickly. Thank you Ian!
