Road Runner RV Repair

I originally contacted Kevin Lundsford with Road Runner RV Repair after seeing the Google reviews online. I needed a local mobile company to make repairs to the underside of our Forest River Cherokee 274WK camper as a result of two blown tires. Kevin was prompt to respond, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, we proceeded and found his work to be excellent. Later asked him to come in and replace the failed seals on one of the slide outs, again prompt and excellent work. This week, I called after losing prime on my water pump and he said he would work it in, later the same day, he called and said it was fixed.. it needed a new diaphragm kit. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and dependable mobile RV repair company, I can't recommend Road Runner RV Repair enough.

I typically am very critical of service companies, after managing and owning two of my own - because most don't live up to my high expectations ( yes I admit I compare others to how I ran my companies- and we were very successful because of those high expectations) . Kevin - Roadrunner RV - checks everyone of those boxes. We called with a AC unit shutting down on us. He immediately was looking to try to fit us in ASAP as it was 95 + outside, which I appreciate. I told him we had a second unit that was working and we I just needed to get on his schedule so it was not a dire emergency. He texted me back and said he could be out the next day. He called before coming, confirmed he was on his way and immediately got busy upon arrival. Gave me the bad news, we had to replace, called back later that day with pricing for a replacement, we gave him the go ahead, he ordered that day, and was out to do a complete replacement the next day. One of the best service experiences I have ever had - Quick initial response, straight to the job at hand, follow up on pricing, removal and install of new unit, cleanup of work area, super friendly, and helpful with tips to keep new unit clean and working. Like I said Kevin checks all of the boxes. I HIGHLY recommend him for any and all RV repairs!

Fantastic Service!!! We are from VA, and as soon as we arrived in St.Augustine our AC unit went out. We called Kevin based on what we saw with reviews and his response was better than what I expected - we called him and he arrived that day to troubleshoot and offer solutions. What we really appreciated - he kept us in the loop in obtaining a replacement AC unit which allowed us to plan for sleeping as the inside of the RV reached 90 degrees and he even offered fans so we could keep cool while we waited for new AC to arrive. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin to anyone who needs a RV service!! He turned a horrible experience into a positive outcome!!

Kevin did a fantastic job fixing our 5th wheel. He was responsive, did what he said and showed up on time. He tried to repair my grey water valve before replacing, but it was too corroded and had to be replaced. He ordered the part and was back the next day. He was very careful to make sure everything was 100% before he left. This is my St Augustine Repair guy from now on! I highly recommend!!
