Workout Anytime Orange Park

I’ve had a great experience at this 24/7 gym. Being open around the clock makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule, no matter how busy I am. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s a good variety of machines and free weights for all types of workouts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and keeps the facility in great shape. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been training for years, this is an excellent place to work out. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love Workout Anytime! The gym is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I've been training with Oz, and he is the best. He consistently challenges me, keeps me motivated, and has helped me become stronger, healthier, and feel better than I have in years. A special shoutout to Olivia and Sam as well. They are always so friendly, positive, and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend Workout Anytime to anyone looking for a great gym with an amazing staff that truly cares about its members!

★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience with Workout Anytime left me very disappointed, primarily because of how difficult it was to cancel my membership. When I originally signed up, I made it clear that I did not want to be locked into a contract. I was told I could pay through my bank account and cancel my membership whenever I chose. Based on that understanding, I enrolled. Recently, I received a call informing me that I owed $68 because my account was past due. Since I hadn’t used the gym in well over a year, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. To my surprise, I was informed that I was required to provide a 30-day notice and would still be charged for two additional billing cycles. I then went to the gym in person, expecting the cancellation process to be straightforward. Instead, I was told they could not cancel my membership at the front desk. Even though I was standing there requesting cancellation, I was instructed to either submit a written request or create an online account and complete the cancellation myself. It was frustrating to be told that my in-person request wasn’t sufficient. I also requested a copy of my membership agreement and noticed that my name was not even spelled correctly on the contract. What disappointed me most was the overall customer service. After being a paying member for several years—even though I hadn’t used the facility for quite some time—I expected a simple, professional cancellation process. Instead, I felt like unnecessary obstacles were placed in my way. During my visit, I expressed my frustration with the situation, but I remained respectful. I did not yell, threaten anyone, or use profanity. Despite that, I later received an email from the owner warning that law enforcement would be contacted if there were any further issues. I found that response unnecessary and disappointing. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation policy before signing up and to fully understand the billing terms. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Workout Anytime and will be taking my business elsewhere.
