Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Murabella

There is a young lady her name is Ashley. She grooms at the Murabella Wolfgang. She is incredible. I have a 13 year-old American Eskimo with long, beautiful white hair. His name is Rodney not only does she do the most incredible job. She gets him done in two hours other groomers took six hours. I can’t say enough about Ashley. She does the most incredible job and done in the best time possible I love Ashley and so does Rodney

I would give 10 stars if I could. The owners, groomers were beyond wonderful. Such a relief to find a shop that is caring and compassionate. I will forever be a customer!

Today was our first experience with Woof Gang Bakery & grooming. Needless to say we have found our new groomer. Lindsay was amazing. I have a two year old Shih Tzu and a 4 month old Shih Tzu. Today was the feisty 4 month olds first time and she handled her with so much patience. I’m so grateful I found this place.

I took my miniature schnauzer to be groomed. They did a horrible job on her. They cut off all her lashes on one side of her face and didn’t touch the other side. They also left patches of long uncut hair around her neck. When I went to speak to someone regarding my dogs groom. The young receptionist asked me to wait to speak with the woman who actually did the cut and whom was the manager. The receptionist mentioned that the groomer was with another client then began to inform me that the groomer said she had to muzzle my dog. I have taken my dog there previously never was I informed that she needed to be muscled not the first and not this last time. I always inquire before I leave how it went. They have always assured me that my little 12 pound dog was perfect. Needless to say when I heard this story from the young receptionist, I knew that nothing would be done. I informed them that I would not be needing there services again. I am very upset about it all.
