WM - Stateline Hauling

I've been trying to cancel this service since 8/18 and have yet to be able to do so. The price has tripled since signing my commercial contract in 2022. I am willing to pay out my contract to be done with WM however, no one - out of the 3 people I have dealt with - has been able to give me the proper instruction on how to pay this successfully.

The 3 different operators I contacted never made proper notes and gave me wrong dates. All I wanted was new cans and to have the former owners cans removed. Nothing huge. It took 3 phone calls on different dates to simply get garbage and recycling cans. They gave me wrong dates and then forgot to note deliver new cans after you remove the old ones. I finally got cans but they were not in great condition nor were they properly cleaned. They don't remove flattened boxes without a huge fee. Terrible service bad policies

Really bad service on the curb and over the phone. The trash guys, they won’t pick up all your trash, especially if there’s anything outside the can had very early pick up times on the day of trash and if you were late, they would not come back to collect. They charge me about $15 extra a month randomly! and when I called to ask, I got no answer to why my bill increased $15. Poor customer service. There’s no reason to overcharge especially for service that is not good and Not willing to pick up all of your trash. I went with Meridian waste much happier!

If you are confident in your service you shouldn’t need to keep sending all these surveys all the time. It would be nice to know have known that there was a price increase coming, instead of finding out when you open your statement for the month.
