This is the second time that I, personally, used Franklin Mini Storage in Callahan. I came back because Becky is absolutely amazing to work with! Becky makes sure that the place runs smoothly, is well maintained and exudes safety & care. I drive the extra distance to use this facility when I need to store belongings.
Best place on planet earth for storage. Cheap staff is great. GM goes out of jet way to help you. Always opened inspire of what the web site says
The woman (Becky) who runs this place does an excellent job. She is super flexible with her schedule and was willing to accommodate me and my family on a few odd requests like a 10 pm Sunday drop off. It’s gated and Becky is there almost all of the time. If you need a storage unit in Nassau, it’s great. They also have parking storage for RVs and small and large storage units.
Best storage ever! Becky is on top of everything! Best manager I’ve had the pleasure to meet. I’ve used storage units throughout the states. Love this place!!!!
Becky is the best. She is always there to help and she goes over and beyond to make her customers happy. Stacy
