We have been coming to St. Augustine for 16 years and we’re married on the beach at the park there 14 years ago. We’ve continually searched for an affordable and updated condo to stay for a week in the summer. Finally, we’ve found that at condo 208. Leree’ has a beautiful condo and is the BEST host. The condo is updated and equipped with everything you need. The beach is very close and easy to access and the intercoastal waterway with access is across the street. Minutes to St. Augustine, but great restaurants there. We already booked for July 2023.
These condos are located right on the ocean and even though it is a public beach it feels very private. Some of the best sunrises ever on the ocean side & the absolute best sunsets over the Mantanza River just across the street. The location just can't be beat!
Nice condo on the ocean . Clean and comfortable. Lots of parking, and within quick driving distance to St. Augustine, and stores.
We stayed in 209. Beautiful view. Loved having a water view from both sides of the condo. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice kitchen. Everything we needed. Updated appliances. Parking garage under the building that led straight out to the beach. We even had access to a storage closet in the garage to keep all our chairs and beach things. The elevator was right outside our door which led right to the garage and out to the beach or restaurants. It was very convenient. I would love to stay there again.
Very nice condos, a little dated, and weather worn, but that's what you get at the beach after a few years. All in all a good break from the usual world. All the modern amenities and a great pool.
