Kevin Howard | St. Augustine Real Estate Agent

My wife and I reached out to Kevin Howard in January when we were considering relocating to the St. Augustine area. From the start, Kevin took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, and he gave us plenty of options to consider before we even arrived in town. We spent three days with him touring properties from Palm Coast all the way down to Ponte Vedra Beach. Everything was arranged ahead of time, and he made excellent use of every minute we had together. He was easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and never once felt pushy or "salesy." You could tell Kevin genuinely loves this part of Florida and loves sharing it with people considering making the move. If you're considering relocating to the beach areas of NE Florida, Kevin is the one to call. He's the perfect mix of professionalism, local expertise, and a laidback personality that makes the whole process easy.

It was a true pleasure to work with Kevin as we navigated the sale of our home in St Augustine Shores. From day one, Kevin offered great advice regarding pricing our home in the current market conditions. With aggressive marketing and great communication, he was able to help us get our home under contract in less than a month. Kevin is approachable, responsive, and a true professional. He guided us through every step from listing to closing. We recommend Kevin, without reservation !

We used Kevin Howard to sell our home in Crescent Beach and we are really glad we did. The market was tough, there is no sugarcoating that, but Kevin did the absolute best he could with the cards he was dealt and we appreciated his honesty throughout the whole process. He helped us price the home right from day one and in the end we got 97% of our list price and sold and closed in 5 weeks! Needless to say, we were very happy with that considering the market conditions at the time. Kevin was easy to work with, kept us in the loop, and never made us feel like just another transaction. If you are looking to buy or sell on Anastasia Island or anywhere in the Crescent Beach area, we would not hesitate to recommend Kevin. He works hard for his clients and it shows!

We recently relocated to the St. Augustine area and honestly had no idea where to start. Kevin Howard took the time to show us different neighborhoods and a wide variety of homes until we found the right fit. His local knowledge of the St. Augustine real estate market was invaluable throughout the entire process. We ended up choosing a brand new construction home, where we selected the lot, floor plan, and all of our finishes. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in St. Augustine or anywhere in Northeast Florida, we would not hesitate to recommend Kevin Howard. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We could not be happier!
