Alan Wind is a great real estate agent. Not only did he go out of his way to make my purchase a good one, but I could tell he is very knowledgable from the way he pays attention to details on everything. He made sure the property he sold me was problem free and so much so, it had no problem passing inspections and appraisal with flying colors. I was able to close in two weeks. He also went above and beyond to help me get the best mortgage insurance policy. Alan Wind and Jim Steen (mortgage guy) work together to make a success story for their customers. If you are nervous about the process, they will both put you at ease. It was a very good experience and I am grateful I discovered Wind Realty!

Where to start?? My fiance and I rented a house from wind reality. During the lease signing they changed 5he rent from $1490 to $1700. At the time he said it was a typo. Then 3 days later he said he changed it because I wanted to use the garage that is listed as a parking spot on all of the rental adds. We were in a bind so I reluctantly signed the lease. Two days later I got the keys from a maintenance guy. Not from a employee of Wind realty. ( she couldn't come because she didn't have gas!!) When I got to the house it was disgustingly nasty and there were roaches everywhere. I called that night and said this wasn't going to work. They told me to go ahead and move our belongings in and they would treat it later!!!! I refused to move my belongings in to a roach infested house so they could lay eggs in my belongings. Then I didn't hear from anybody for three days.After that I realized that they did a bait and switch on us. They took advantage of us when we needed a place. I asked for my money back and they refused. So I have filed a claim with the ethics board to try and get my money back. So either way this is going to cost Wind Realty a lot more in the long run than it would to have just given me my money back.. stay away from this company that takes advantage of the common hard working man!!!!!!! This company sucks!!

Alan is a pleasure to work with. As a Home Inspector, his efficient and prompt communication allowed me perform my job with ease. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to Wind Realty.
