Peyton worked with me as my personal trainer for a little over 8 months, and honestly, I learned way more than I expected going into it. Peyton completely changed the way I approach training, and the difference showed fast. Within the first couple of months, the changes were already very noticeable. His coaching style is straightforward, detailed, and actually focused on getting real results instead of just going through workouts. What separates Peyton from a lot of trainers is that the coaching doesn’t stop once the session ends.
