You guys have won us over! My husband started treatment for Hep C through Borland Groover but the lack of compassion, communication, and care there has been disheartening to say the least. I came to your office for a Hep C screening just to be sure and told you about the level of treatment (or lack thereof ) my husband was receiving from BG. To my surprise, you guys invited my husband to be seen and told us about how detailed your treatment plans were. You were the exact opposite of BG. You were kind. You actively listened. You clearly care about your patients and I just want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart. God works in mysterious ways and I believe He led us to you. Thank you. You've restored our faith in healthcare. In humanity. I pray God blesses you, your office, and all your patients. We look forward to seeing you again!
Whatever management they have in the facility they need to get new people they be busy but they suck with how the treat staff and make us patients feel uncomfortable
