My experience has been excellent, largely due to the care provided by Dr. Shariq Refai. He is attentive, thoughtful, and takes the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. I’ve felt supported, respected, and involved in my treatment every step of the way. The level of professionalism and genuine care I’ve received gives me full confidence in recommending Baptist Behavioral Health to others.
Absolutely love all of my providers at Baptist and I feel like I’m heard and not gaslit. Even though every test I’ve taken has been normal, I’m thankful for the team that makes sure I have the option to find out what’s causing my discomforts in life which gives me peace of mind. 10000000/10 have already recommended Baptist and will continue to recommend Baptist. I want to give a tailored shoutout to Dr. Refai because he has made this mental health journey of mine so much easier and stress-free. Also, he is extremely talented when caring about his patients. I feel like I have an uncle (which I really do) that just so happens to be a doctor the way he treats me & his entire team is on the same page. Thank you!
Dr Rejai is so easy to talk to. He got my meds right in a few months after years of frustration working with my family doctor. I will recommend Dr Rejai and Baptist behavioral health every time
