Weekly Inn

My husband, our service dog and me stayed here for one night, the price was amazing, specially if you book it through Expedia, so we cannot complain, we got for what we paid it. The room was clean, they provided fridge, microwave, towels, soup and shampoo, to be honest the room was really clean, the bed was comfy, however the room had a particular smell. There was security in this hotel which I thought it was really interesting, he was park in the parking lot watching everyone which I consider a plus. About the service, the lady at the front desk, my husband said she was Cuban and that she was asking him to show her all the paperwork for the service dog which according to the ADA should not be request. The reservation should appear under the name Mason, in case, the hotel decide that this is a fake review or that I don’t appear in their records.

When I first came in, I couldn't unmute the tv and the TV was really glitchy in the first few minutes but my best friend came and fixed it for me and everything was good and back to normal. The showers are so good and water is so warm and the bathroom looks so nice. And the bed was about comfortable and I could sleep all day if I wanted to. They also have a working fridge and microwave. I have no bag complaints about this place. And it is a great price for the rooms. I will be coming back in the near future.

My partner was visiting me from Georgia and booked this room for us. I was extremely exhausted after a long Friday workday as was he with a long workday himself along with an over 2 hour travel to come to Jacksonville. We both had expectations to check into a decent hotel room without dealing with anything potentially horrific and just unwind and relax. We had to switch rooms due to a HUGE patch of black mold in the bathroom.. The second room we were moved to, the front desk forgot to activate our card key to get into the room and we only found out around 11:30pm after getting food nearby and had plans to settle down after the first room experience with again black mold in bathroom. We had to call a worker to open door. I wanted to just turn on the tv and take a shower shortly after to decompress. The tv wouldn’t turn on and it started to instead smell like a start of an electrical fire. I thought I was overthinking it abit but my partner smelled it as well and we immediately unplugged tv and seen a strange tan puck melted into the tv that was very likely the reason for this. The third and final room we were transferred to, I went into the bathroom and AGAIN another large patch of black mold! That’s a huge health hazard! The rooms booked and transferred to with these experiences were 263, 276, and 268 With this posting, I additionally included videos for reference I was just about done at that point and got a different hotel nearby

Stayed here for a week. The room was nothing special and could have been cleaner, but it was comfortable enough and felt a bit like home after settling in. The hotel was quiet during our stay, which was a plus. One thing to note: the shower was a little confusing at first. The hot water is on the right side, not the left. We also didn't receive any fresh towels or toilet paper after our initial check-in. When we tried asking housekeeping, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a quiet weekly stay and aren't expecting luxury accommodations.
