I'm such a look online and see what people are saying for food person. If you are too you won't be disappointed. These hot dogs were seasoned so good. They were flavorful. Even the toppings I wanted to add I got on the side and those were great. Good sauerkraut and grilled onions. Now I wasn't expecting to spend so much on just them alone, but honestly you pay for what you get - and it was good. So take that as you will. I got a smash burger to try as well, the burger flavor was great and a nice size, I could've used a little less onions to not overwhelm the burger but that's an easy fix I just plucked those things off lol!
It is difficult to find a good burger joint, not just in Florida, but across the country. I tried this spot on a whim searching for something close as I didn't want to go downtown in the rain. "To Be Frank", this is only the 3rd spot in the vast land of Jax where I was able to find a cheeseburger that was worthy. Bacon Smash Combo: Everything was fresh & cooked to order (10 mins) the tots were brown & crispy (not burnT) and the burger was well seasoned with toppings that make you ignore what drips while eating. Price point is good for me as I don't consume it all in one sitting. Only thing I will change is the bun being grilled as little as possible. For the average burger lover you must try this. If you're really into burgers you're going to find yourself wanting to go back. Four trips in and I'm SOLD despite giving Jess a hard time on my first visit. She was right stating I will love it and come back. Excellent service, owner/operated. Thank you Leah (eyes glowing). *I saw a recent review stating the patties are pre-made and will provide an update after my next visit. I will say that wherever you go out to eat you have no clue what products/food they are using so be careful about what you claim you don't consume because you REALLY don't know. #Silent4ce
Service was amazing food was good, (just was a bit disappointed that it was a pre made patty) when it is advertised as a smash burger, but had a conversation with the owner, and she explained to me why. ( Hopefully in their future the way she plans , it will be different) And I get it. Definitely stop by it is worth it
I came because I saw it as I drove by. I'm not a fan of burgers in general. I have to really be in a mood for it. I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed the burger. It wasn't over cooked, oily or bland. If you're in the area you should give them a try.
The empanadas are absolutely delicious! I buy extra to have at home. I love their loaded tots and their smash burger. Leah and Amari are awesome people. We ate at their picnic table and hot to chat with them.
