Shout to Ray & Honey!! Just wanna say thanks so much working with me to get approved for my apartment. This is the 2nd apartment you all got me approved for and I really appreciate it. You all did what you said you would do...and I'm grateful 🙏.
They are scammers, I paid 895.00 for them to help me find a crib and they didn't do nothing i ended up finding my own crib,I started with them in June 2025 n all they did was gave me the run around for months everytime I send them the cribs I was interested in i couldn't apply for them but check this out they gave me all the people who I can apply to in Minnesota and the next thing ik I cnt apply for them .and they don't keep in contact with you or let you know whatz going on they ignore all my calls n texts and when they do respond its 3 or 4 days later and they act like they dnt know what's going on and want you to send them the information again about the cribs you applied for and now you doing it all over again and my so called case manager name honey libaton was so unprofessional and didn't do nothing I was doing all the work myself thatz how I found my own crib im in now so loving it.now I was with way2 rent for six month and they said 7-21 days right ?ok i was living in a extended stay hotel and paying 500 to 600 dollars a week n the second chance ppl act like money grows on trees I told them about my situation and they said don't worry we got you and you will be in your new crib less than 30days it been 6 months with no results and it took me less than 2 weeks with a private landlord where I should have did it myself instead paying 895.00 for some scammers how said they have 98% success rate yeah right .so now I asked can I have some of my money back for finding my own crib and a they said they will refund me 495.00 of my money n now mr.Ray Paul who the manager or supervisor of Jacksonville, Florida way2rent second chance corporate leasing program company want answer my calls or texts no more to give me my refund of 495.00 his voice mails is full n been full since last year 2025 of November n now its January 2026 n he still not answering my calls n texts .I don't recommend using these scammers they take your hard earned money and dnt show no results I will never recommend them to nobody .im still waiting on my money rt.i will be calling the BBB TO let them know about them 😡😡😡 Signing off dissatisfied and unhappy client of ray Paul and honey libaton of second chance corporate leasing program company of Jacksonville, Florida.
They will try to convince you to join their “program”. Do not fall for it. If you do the next step is to pay for a bogus application. Do not fall for it. Instead google property management services for second chance applicants and choose a business with higher than a 3 star rating.
I wish I could give more stars but I haven’t heard from anyone since I applied last week. I just lost my husband on the 3rd of this month and I need a place and it’s hard when you have to wonder whether your money is being taken. I spoke to Nadine multiple times and she was so helpful and after calling a million times she was still very sweet. I hope I hear from you guys soon. I would love to leave a great review of how you helped me in my time of need.
At first I was a little skeptical to use their services. I felt like I had no other choice, after being denied an apartment twice. After going through their program, I was finally approved for my new apartment the following week. It was great working with Julicel. She was very responsive when I needed help along the way. Would definitely recommend if you’re having a difficult time getting approved for an apartment. Wish I knew about them prior to putting in my first application.
