Watson Jacksonville Roofing

By far the best experience I’ve had with a roofing contractor. Watson Jacksonville Roofing was easy to work with from start to finish. Theodore came out for the estimate, answered all of my questions, and gave me a clear quote that explained possible extra costs for any damaged roof decking they might find. I really appreciated how upfront and honest everything was. Before the job started, Theodore also helped us pick the shingle color, went over financing options, and explained the full roof install process in simple terms. On install day, the crew arrived early, stayed organized, and finished ahead of schedule. The workmanship was outstanding, and the new roof looks great. There was a small added cost for replacing a section of wood decking, but this was already explained ahead of time, so there were no surprises. It was clear the team knew Florida roofing needs well and used quality materials for a durable result. Overall, they did a fantastic job, made the whole process smooth, and I’m very happy with the final roof.

After a long search for a reliable, fairly priced, and professional roofer in Jacksonville, Watson Jacksonville Roofing really stood out. Javier was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I had a lot of basic questions about the roof, gutters, and skylights, and everything was explained in a simple way that made the whole process easy to understand. Communication was excellent from the first call through the final follow-up. The estimate was clear, the invoice was straightforward, and there were no surprise charges. We also decided to add new gutters and two skylights to the roofing project, and that was handled smoothly without any problems. The scheduling was efficient, and the whole job moved along with impressive speed. I left for work and came home to a beautiful new roof, and the new skylights made a huge difference inside the house by bringing in more natural light. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and skilled. They protected the windows and surrounding areas during the job, cleaned everything up very well, and made sure the property looked great when they were done. Even the dumpster was removed right away, which showed real attention to detail. The whole roofing experience felt organized, stress-free, and seamless from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the workmanship, the fair pricing, and the overall service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutter, or skylight work in Jacksonville.
