Nathan and his amazing team at First Coast Roofing are amazing! From the initial free estimate, quick turnaround of required documentation for HOA, city permits/documents, which Nathan took care of, to the "WOW" roofers that endured the extreme heat for 2 days! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result of a beautiful roof/color that accentuates the colors of our home. The entire team at First Coast Roofing that spend the last several days at our home were awesome! They were very friendly, courteous, and very respectful of my yard and landscaping, and, when they had completed the job and left, you couldn't even tell they had even been here completely tearing off an old roof and putting on a new, beautiful one! They meticulously walked around the home ensuring all nails and any other materials were collected! I couldn't find one single item in our landscaping or yard after they left! Nathan, you and your team are to be commended on providing an outstanding product - my wife and I are so glad that we chose "First Coast Roofing!" I would very highly, most strongly, and most assuredly recommend Nathan and his company for your roofing repairs or needs! if there were more than 5 stars, I would give them a 10!
This company has been a joy to work with. We reached out to a few different companies to have several places on our roof patched, and First Coast Roofing was not only very fast in responding, but had the work finished within a couple of hours, and were also here to do it with just a few short days. Their prices were very reasonable and the workers very professional. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing work.
I highly recommend First Coast Roofing! A tree branch pierced my roof during a severe storm, and Nathan came to my rescue ASAP. He responded incredibly fast, immediately patched the damage to prevent further flooding, and then installed a complete new roof flawlessly. Nathan and his roofing team were great to work with and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, making a stressful situation completely hassle-free. If you need an honest, reliable, and responsive roofing company in Jacksonville, call First Coast Roofing!
Had a great experience with first coast roofing. They got us a quote very quickly at a great price. We have a brand new roof within two weeks. Five star experience. Will was great to work with.
Recently, I called to take advantage of the free roof inspection. I had noticed water droplets from an AC vent and assumed it was a leak. I had an active leak in this spot 2 years ago and that required a repair done under the builder's warranty. Nathan showed up and immediately walked the roof and noticed everything in order. He saw the droplet and assured me that it was condensation. I cannot tell you how relieved I was - this is a 5 y/o home. In short, Nathan is an extremely pleasant and experienced roofer who's honest and kind. Honestly these days along with efficiency is rare. First Coast Roofing gets 6 stars from me. Thank you! Sincerely, Don Weiss St. John's County
