I have had an ongoing bad experience with WATSON plumbing for three years since I moved in my home. I had them come out and put in tile remodel my shower put a new sink in my kitchen and faucet and hang towel bars. All the Towel bars are falling out of the walls that they installed. My faucet on my kitchen sink is about to fall off. I’ve installed a faucet before and done a better job! They got grout all over my tile They installed and tried to charge me for hanging shower curtain rods that I asked them to hang and they just didn’t do plus they were here forever. I tried to call and get some help with some of these issues, but you have to speak with a Man, Who is apparently in charge of WATSON plumbing named Daniel and he yells at me and hangs up on me every time I’ve had an issue. I spent about $10,000 with WATSON plumbing plus they sold my home and were my realtor in also purchasing a new home And this is how they treat you, they also tried to send me a bill a year after closing on work they did not even complete Or just didn’t do. Whenever I’ve had an issue with the work they’ve done and I have to call WATSON plumbing. I have to speak with a Jerk named Daniel, who always yells at me and then hangs up on me . I complained to management about the treatment I received, and they did not care. Plus, they were overpriced. There are too many great plumbers out there like Brian Christie plumbing To have to deal with this kind of nonsense from someone who is supposed to be a professional. I’m sure Bill WATSON would not be real happy if he knew how Daniel was insulting and abusing women on the phone. I would avoid WATSON Realty altogether. I couldn’t get any help on this matter with anyone at Watson. They not only listed and sold my home but helped me in the purchase of another home so they made a fortune and still treat you So terrible and unprofessional. They were OK to lose a customer and I sell a home about every three years but won’t be doing it with them anymore. I’ll be using Keller-Williams.

After we used 3 different plumbers, and having gone almost 2 weeks with the same very complex issue, we contacted Abel at Watson (who was recommended by friends). He knew what the issue was when we discussed it by phone, came over with a technician and immediately diagnosed it correctly and addressed it. It was a huge relief. Quality of the work was incredible. Really cared about our situation and took care of it as if it were his house. I would highly recommend

Very patient with explaining the different AC/Heating Units and the best one for me. If you need A/C or Heating work done, CALL THEM! It will be done right the first time. I'm so happy with the results.

We recently did a remodel of our office and could not give Watson enough stars to even show how amazing the process was. We were very lucky to work with Jazz. She kept the project running and smooth. She was very detailed, very quick on jobs and communicated to all of us. She is a diamond that you just dont see a lot these days. We are so thankful and couldnt recommend Watson enough!
