WaterMarke Realty Group

Our experience with Greg and the Watermarke Team was as good as it gets. They managed our property for 13 years while we lived out of state, and if given the opportunity to allow them to do it again, we would in a heartbeat. Only once in 13 years did we have to go onto/into the property for anything. They have excellent contractors and partners to assist with anything that comes up, and the quality of work and pricing was great. The property was consistently rented out, and never had an issue receiving rent on time. When we made the decision to sell the house, Tami was wonderful to work with, and her marketing of the house brought in double digit offers withing the first week, many above asking price. This is a company we would recommend to everyone in the Jacksonville area.

Tami is an outstanding Real Estate Broker in Jacksonville. Her commitment to excellence and serving her clients is relentless. She has a passion and a pursuit of excellence. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house or buy a house she will exceed your expectations!

WaterMarke Realty Group has been amazing. They are very professional, responsive and provide high quality service for the management of my property. Audrey and Greg make a great team together, overseeing a property in which the landlord lives out of state is not an easy task, but they get it done and make it ever so convenient. I do not see myself doing business with another property management other than WaterMarke for the long run. I'd recommend their services to any of my family and friends any day! :)

Greg Bowman and the WaterMarke’s team provided excellent property management for our home for three years. We never had to worry about anything, the team was responsive to tenant and our concerns and provided quick resolution when repairs or maintenance was required.
