We have been with VTC for 2 years now. We outgrew out previous IT company and after some vetting, decided to partner with VTC. Their services are truly top notch. They have a great on boarding process that will get you everything you need. Naturally, when switching IT support there can be speed bumps, but they make the transition seamless. Their ticketing system for minor issues such as "why can't I print" to a major issue is handled very well. You can call in and speak with a live rep or send an email for your issues. Phillip, Dylan, and Deven are just a few of the amazing folks at VTC we work with on a regular basis. With out hesitation, I would recommend VTC to support your business for any and all IT needs.
