My AC shut down on Friday and today (Monday) I have a brand new system fully installed. From the sales personnel/inspector to the installers, they afforded me a stress-free experience! Everyone was very presentable and patient in explaining their assessment, proposal, installation and how new system will operate. I appreciate the respect for keeping my floor clean. The entire team was simply great and efficient. Wonderful custome service from start to finish. AND the price comparison from competitors for the same system was astonishing! They beat the competition on everything. We'll be using Von's at home, work and to refer to all our clients. Thank you Kyle, James, Shamar, Cody and the Office staff.
Husband says if there was more than five stars, Jonathan would get more than five stars! Husband also states when at all possible we would prefer that Jonathan become our technician going forward! Jonathan was very thorough, very informative and very friendly. He provided an opportunity for my husband to ask questions.. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Excellent service call!! Good job, Vons!!! You have a good man on your team!!!
Exceptional service! Mr. Vigne and Mr. Yourston installed our new system flawlessly. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and showed outstanding attention to detail from start to finish. Highly recommend! Update: We had a snafu with the new thermostat, and the technician named Nathan stopped by and had us up and running in less than a half hour.
The service technician John was absolutely phenomenal. He thoroughly inspected our AC system and got us back up and cooling properly in no time. He communicated costs and options very well and discussed future needs with us. I’ve been a Von’s customer for years. They have always been honest and dependable! Johnathan (John) exceeded our expectations and delivered excellent service even at 8 pm at night. Thanks Von’s!
Tech Jonathan was phenomenal! very knowledgeable. Very Professional, respectful, and personable. Made sure we understood everything! Will definitely request him as a tech for our next service! THANK YOU
