I just bought my 2021 VW Jetta SEL Premium from VW Saint Augustine completely sight unseen, and the whole experience couldn’t have gone better. I found the car on Autotrader and worked with Jeremy Orozco. He didn’t make the process feel like a typical sales pitch at all. It felt like an informative purchase. He actually knew the product inside and out, answered every question clearly, and never tried to push me into something I didn’t want just to get me out the door. It was refreshing. We negotiated a fair price with zero hidden fees. When I mentioned I was in Fort Lauderdale, they offered delivery, and we worked out a deal with delivery included. There was a small mix-up with the delivery date because they didn’t have drivers available at first, but they handled it perfectly. They immediately agreed that I could rent a car for the extra day and they would reimburse half, with no hassle at all. When the drivers arrived, they were awesome. Helpful, friendly, and patient. They kept telling me to take my time, look the car over, drive it, installed my license plate, and took as many photos as I wanted. David, one of the drivers, gladly took every picture I asked for. The car showed up exactly as described and matched everything I was expecting, especially considering I bought it sight unseen. I felt safe and confident through the entire process. This dealership earned my trust, and I would absolutely buy from them again.

I'm always nervous going into a car dealership for the obvious reasons. However, VW of St. Augustine was zero pressure and made me feel right at home. It was pleasantly refreshing and such a positive buying experience. They were priced great, were honest and upfront about everything and I left feeling like a got a great deal and a great car. Volkswagen of St Augustine went above and beyond to give us an amazing deal on our brand new atlas cross sport R line. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by Parris. He was very friendly and took time to show us everything we wanted to see. He was not pushy or anything. Amazing sales person. We spoke to Wade in sales , who greatly took care of us and made us feel welcome and part of the family. Joe and David as well in Finance really took care of us and gave us a deal that we wanted. And Tony took the time to show us the car when it was ready for delivery. Cannot tell you how much we appreciate the business Volkswagen of St Augustine did for us and if we could get more than five stars, we would thanks again so much we love the car! I want to thank Travis for doing an amazing job with selling me my new Golf R. He spent the time to show me everything this car has and features. I had a wonderful experience with the service department. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, two new tires, and to clear some error codes on my Audi. They accommodated my last minute changes to the tires I wanted and added an alignment that stretched the job into another day. My car was given back to me with a fresh wash and a smoother ride than I remember it being in a while.
