I've trusted Michael with my clocks and watches for many years. About seven years ago, he repaired my Howard Miller wall clock, and it is still running perfectly today. That long-lasting repair is the reason I recently brought him my Seiko watch. Once again, Michael exceeded my expectations. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and repaired my watch in a very short time. My Seiko is now running perfectly as well. Michael is an outstanding craftsman—professional, honest, highly skilled, and truly passionate about his work. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Michael to anyone who needs expert clock or watch repair. Thank you for your excellent service!
Thank you for repairing my Great Grandparents 1910 Victorian clock. It was a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it! The work was done quickly and within estimated cost. The clock works beautifully
Great customer service, my grandmother's ring was broken and dirty. The owner examined it and had it fixed within an hr. Very impressed and will be back!
Awesome work! Brought in my old gold and they turned it into a HEAVY, solid bracelet, within a week for my husband’s birthday! Clean craftsmanship and professional team. Highly recommend!
Purchases a locket and had two of our Grandchildrens photos installed in it. The locket is absolutely gorgeous, but the care taken to reduce the photos and install them in a very small locket was extraordinarily perfect. We have used Victory many times in the past and the service and quick response time on repairs and services is far above the rest. As a retired Plant Manager/CEO, I realize the need for efficient and reliable vendors and Victory ranks very high on my list. My spouse absolutely loved the Mothers Day Gift and you know the cliche Happy Wife, Happy life, thank you Victory....
