Ethan has always provided excellent customer service and I did not hesitate to reach out to him after purchasing a piece of estate Jewlery. The piece needed to be sized and Ethan was my first call. He got me in same day and had excellent turn around time! I would not hesitate to recommend!!!
After me getting pricing at different company's, I was referred by someone to come here. My diamond fell out and needed to get my wedding ring repaired. They were nice and friendly family owed company. I felt welcomed coming to their business. Got it fixed very fast, A+ pricing and cleaned. Looks like a brand new set and my hand doesnt feel naked. Highly recommend. Thanks again for the wonderful service.
Exceptional, friendly, professional service. My go to for all jewelry needs. Family owned and operated with an array of unique and quality items.
Great family owned business. Always pleasant and very helpful. Ken made my wife and I's wedding rings with some scrap gold we had. Ken also made my Georgia Bulldog ring with ruby eyes. Ken has repaired jeweler for me great quality and workmanship! I highly recommend Dinkins Jewelry been going there for years back when they were on CR218.
I am ABSOLUTELY pleased with Dinkins Jewelry. They are true professionals, very kind, friendly and treat you like family. They truly want to make their customers happy and they definitely have one here! Ethan is wonderful, very informative and patient. He wants to ensure you are satisfied with your jewelry and he did a wonderful job. My engagement ring was basically destroyed (long story), so luckily I had insurance on it and they were able to recreate a ring that was truly an upgrade! I couldn't be happier! They stand true to their quality work and the timing that it took was great! They are fast and you will not be disappointed. I actually dropped off another ring of mines that needs one stone to be reset and I can't wait to see the finish product. Thank you guys for everything! =)
