Victoria goes above and beyond! She helped me purchase my first home 7 years ago and just helped me sell it, too. She facilitated the sale (and oversaw my renovations) while I am living out of the area. I never once had to return to handle anything in person because she was always there - both guiding me on the sales process and physically helping me when needed. For example, she brought her own vacuum over to clean the slider door track when the cleaners missed it! As a busy working professional and mother, I also looked to Victoria for recommendations throughout to streamline our decisions, helping us decide what is best for my family now. (Renting vs selling, selling when and at what price). If we were still in the area, we would use her again and again and again. I highly recommend her!

Considering hiring Victoria? You will not find a better agent to help you on your buying/selling journey in an ever changing market. Our experience of buying our current home lasted almost two years and included us moving from out of state, not knowing the area, and changing our minds a couple times. Victoria stuck by us the entire time! And she has been available to answer questions and help us since then with other real estate related inquiries. She is very focused on helping her clients. Thank you Victoria!
Victoria has helped us buy two houses and sell one of those. Her practical approach, experienced guidance and calm demeanor make her our first choice when considering to make a move. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, call her first!!
Absolutely recommend Victoria. She has been a pleasure to work with and has been extremely helpful through the entire process. She has made our journey into buying a home seamless while we were living out of state. She was our eyes and ears and we are forever grateful!
I’ve worked with Victoria three times and couldn’t be happier with her service! She truly guides you through the process and displays a high level of knowledge and skill. She is my top choice for a Jacksonville realtor.
