The Noah Bailey Group always takes exceptional care of their clients. Michael Preston is a gem! He is knowledgeable, patient, and sincerely gets to know his clients. You never feel like it’s a superficial transactional relationship with him. He’s very perceptive and intuitive about his clients’ homeownership goals and particular likes and dislikes. The thing I love the most about this group is that you feel like they value you more than just for the sale or purchase of real estate. The service after the sale is bar none. They consistently stay in touch and extend invitations to special events sponsored by their team, as well as surprise “just because” yummy treats such as ice cream or coffee from local businesses, just as a thank you gesture to their clients. My favorite recent event was the Alligator Farm event on Anastasia Island. What a fantastic family fun night, with food and beverages for everyone. They have mastered the style on marketing with class and without being pushy or overly aggressive with mailers, constant phone calls and other advertising/propaganda.
