Overall maintenance is pretty bad. They don’t follow through but other than that. Seems like a pretty nice property overall, nice and bright large hallways and plenty of parking options, up front staff is pretty friendly. The pool, the gym facilities, and main amenities are fantastic, very well kept and done.

Ive lived here 1.5yrs its been a great place for my pup and I.... just transferred to a pool view 3rd floor and loving it even more. Cierra, is absolutely amazing, handle everything especially with the changes going on at this time...thank you ! Dennis came to do maintenance today and was efficient and also very polite and friendly.

Cierra at Vera was amazing to work with during our apartment search. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. She showed us three different units and she stayed helpful and positive the entire time. We really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.

I just want to share how amazing Rebekah has been at Vera Luxury Living. She is extremely helpful, professional, and truly cares about the tenants. I’ve been having some issues with my account, and she has gone above and beyond to look into it and make sure everything was handled properly. She’s been very accommodating and patient throughout the process, which I really appreciate. Her customer service is excellent, and it’s clear she genuinely wants to make things easier for residents. Vera is lucky to have her on their team! Update: I would not recommend living here. Management has changed three times in the two years I’ve lived here, and each transition seems to bring new policies and inconsistencies. Residents are constantly nickel-and-dimed with fees for services and amenities they may not even use. The amenity restrictions are also excessive. Despite paying luxury apartment prices, residents are limited to bringing only a small number of guests to amenities such as the pool and movie theater, making it difficult to enjoy the community spaces with friends and family. Communication regarding rent payments and fees has also been frustrating. Delays in processing payments can create unnecessary stress for residents who are trying to ensure their accounts remain in good standing. Overall, the experience has felt more focused on collecting fees and enforcing restrictions than creating a positive living environment for residents.
