We had such a fantastic time! Elizabeth was our game master and she was amazing. It was challenging but wasn't frustrating. 10/10 recommend! We went on my daughter's birthday and Elizabeth gave us a discount (I didn't know that you get a discount on your birthday) plus she threw some birthday surprises into the game. We'll definitely be back 🥰
Today we visited Breakout and we had a blast! It was our very first time participating in an escape room and we left feeling so enthusiastic and amazed! Elizabeth was amazing at making us feel welcomed and helping us out when needed. She never showed any impatience no matter how many times we asked for hints and her attitude was top notch! She was also juggling other escape rooms at the same time of ours, never missed a mark and always paused the time to make it fair. Lastly, this place was affordable, clean and very cooling in these summer months! We will definitely be back! From Ashaunti and David! 👩🏽❤️💋👨🏼💕
We had such a great time at Breakout Jacksonville! Zaria was absolutely amazing—she made the entire experience fun, engaging, and easy to follow from start to finish. She was super friendly, gave just the right amount of help when we needed it, and really added to the excitement of the game. Our family had a blast working together, laughing, and trying to solve all the clues. It was the perfect mix of challenge and fun, and we’re already talking about coming back to try another room. Thank you, Zaria, for making it such a memorable experience! Highly recommend for a fun family outing! 🎉🧩
Me and my partner absolutely loved our experience! Elizabeth was the absolute best, she truly made the experience so memorable for us by being so kind and helpful and giving us hints when we were stuck haha, We will definitely be coming back!! ☺️🫶
We had a great time tonight at Breakout for my birthday! We escaped The Kidnapping 2 with 16 minutes to spare. We have now completed every room this company offers until their new room opens in September. We look forward to coming back. Dominique was very kind and funny. She also gave a lot of suggestions on life in Jacksonville when we move here in the near future.
