I had my Porsche shipped from my farm in Tennessee to my house here in St. Augustine because I wasn’t driving it out in the country and I was worried it would sit in the barn and I’d die and someone would find it and tell people they found some old ladies Porsche. But i digress. I called this shop and spoke with Trey about the things that may need to be fixed, including the wiring that was damaged by mice living in the car. Rude mice. They had me get the car towed in so they could take a look. Mind you, I had sort of neglected the car and had not given it much TLC over the past 7 years. Trey has the car looked at and contacted me with the news plus the initial estimate, complete with pictures and details of the issue. So I agreed to most of the repairs, the rest will be done later this year. Trey was professional and easy to work with. I was very clear on all repairs and costs before I agreed to have them do the repairs. When I picked up the car it was clean and ready to go. It drove wonderfully and I’m happy to have it back. When you check out they hit you with the old razzle dazzle by handing you a swag bag with some cool stuff to enjoy. So I very much recommend this shop. I do not recommend allowing mice to take up residence in your Porsche.
Velocity's a great shop and by passionate Car Guys who show the same consideration towards their cutomer. I had a great experience with Shaun, Trey and Alex. My car blew a driver's side door handle setup, which the shop fixed beautifully as well as some light engine and and transmission investigation. The car left their shop better than when I brought it to Shaun, they even shines it up before giving it back. My car was smiling when I headed home. Velocity will be my go-to shop from now on.
I recently had my vehicle worked on at Velocity Motor Works and had a great experience from start to finish. Their customer service was amazing — everyone was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner, and my vehicle is running perfectly. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Velocity Motor Works to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
Excellent and professional service from owner Shaun Tipton, Will and all mechanics at Velocity. They solve any technical issues and stand by their work. Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life. Just upgraded software. Exceptional performance now!
Our DB9 runs like a whole new car thanks to Shaun and his guys. Very happy with the work so far. Velocity is the closest shop to Daytona that would work on AML’s, so pleased to have found them on referral from another AML customer of theirs.
