First visit to Bartram Oaks walk Office. Wait to see Dr Ali was an hour long. Dr Ali is very thorough, kind, patient, funny, friendly. I would say great first visit, but my husband would say for first time visit was not acceptable for an hour wait. Dr Ali listened with care and concern. He threw a lot of tests options at us to do further evaluations regarding his Aneurysmal of his heart. As a Cardiologist, he didn't seem very concerned about my husband blood pressure being high in office, nor did he seem to be concerned about him being over obese irn his weight. All of his other Dr's were very concerned in his obesity. Just reserved in lack of observation regarding things that can cause heart attacks and strokes didn't seem to be a concern to him. Tests were ordered regarding his Aneurysmal near his Aorta. I hope these concerns are carefully monitored with Dr Ali, but not certain at this rate, since other medical concerns were over looked our first visit. Dr Ali wanted labs done, but he didn't give an order for these labs at check out. He never mentioned anything regarding that my husband blood pressure medication whether the dosage was correct dosage. His blood pressure was high at check even on blood pressure medication he took that morning. We were concerned and thinking Dr Ali might even consider increasing the dosage, but it was never discussed. I feel as though he was running so far behind in seeing patients, things that were important just were overlooked. I hope our follow-up visit is handled better.
Very plesant. Dr. Ali is going to do several test which I am very glad. I would like to see if he ican get some answers.
Dr Ali is a vary caring and respectful also a super doctor.I am sure he saved my life and very grateful to have him as my doctor. It's been over a year sense he put 4 stints in my heart arteries. I have had no problems sense. I am looking forward to seeing him soon. Thank you, Dr Ali
I have no problem with the doctor. I have a problem with your billing people. The VA pays my bills with you. After my last carotid artery test your office made a follow up appointment to get the results. I went for the appointment and was told that they couldn’t give me the results because the VA authorization has ended. Your people told me that I would have to go to the VA and get an authorization. That didn’t sound right to me. I contacted the VA care in the community office and was told that your office had to send in the results for me to get the results. One problem I had is that when I made the appointment for the follow up there was time left on the authorization. This isn’t the first time I had problems with your billing office.
Dr Ali is one of my favorite Doctors. Not only is he knowledgeable and personable, he was able to diagnose my leg issue after I’d been to a variety of doctors for 2 years without getting a diagnosis. Needless to say I will be eternally grateful to him.
