DO NOT waste your time. Was told I needed a hard copy receipt for a purchase made on Amazon because it was a brand new item… mind you the person never even opened the box. I purchased a pair of skates, got pregnant before I could wear them and finally tried them on (my son is turning 2) and realized I’m going to hurt myself trying to skate in these. It’s been too long and both my knees have stories so let me sell them … only to be told this BS. I won’t be back.
They have a nice variety of shoes, jewelry, ,speakers, tools, game consoles and much more, always nice always helpful. . They are ready to deal, in my opinion upfront and honest
Staff is very polite! John and Samantha are both very helpful! I’m never disappointed when visiting this location for whatever reason.
John was super helpful and friendly and worked to get me the best deal for my shoes. Not to mention a clean store that smells good. Definitely will be back.
John, Nick and David are hilarious and Samantha is the voice of reasoning of the bunch. The vibe is amazing and the customer services is exceptional. By far the best deals and the most for your merchandise. I'll only trust Value Pawn when I need fast cash💋💋💋
