Urgent Care Cure at Silverleaf

Mr Neuhaus PA took excellent care of my toddler son. He has a great bedside manner and clinical acumen. He was able to make my son comfortable enough to look in his ears and mouth (amongst the hardest medical exams in a toddler). He explained the ailment thoroughly and the rationale for treatment. 24 hours later, my son is feeling much better and we have Mr Neuhaus to thank. Appreciate your care!!

This urgent care clinic is exactly what a concerned parent needs when she walks in with her sick child! We were in and out in 30 minutes. Fast, professional and very friendly. My son felt comfortable and I felt good about trusting them with my child’s health! Thank you for seeing us fast and answering all our questions and concerns.

Incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and caring!! Check in was seamless and Will at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Then the PA, Ian (?) was seriously one of the best practitioners I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! His bedside manner was top notch. I had to bring in my child for care and he was so welcoming, friendly and warm that all the nerves my son had melted instantly. Being able to take a stressful (and painful) situation and make the best of it really shows the heart and care they have for their patients. Thy followed up and communicated timely. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I needed to be seen for a suspected leg infection. Easy scheduling, greeted warmly. The Physicians Assistant was awesome and has treated other members of my family. Explained everything well during exam and the office has kept in touch. Great urgent care center! On the road to recovery
