I cannot say enough about how amazing Wound Care of St. Augustine is! I was referred to Baptist South for wound care. They waiting a week to schedule an appointment that was medically necessary immediately, I called Wound Care St. Aug and I was seen that day. I was impaled by a cast iron wreath stand and had a 7 inch gaping wound and all 21 stitches had come out. Eterri is my wound care specialist and she is above and beyond! The wound is under my left buttock 7 inches into my groin. Eterri made me feel comfortable and independent to change my wound in between the two dates I have seen her every week for the past 6 weeks. She went above and beyond helping me with nutrition, understand why she is doing what she is doing, helping me with getting the products that I needed from insurance as well and what I needed to buy on my own. She told me what not to spend money on and was financially considerate as well! Eterri helped me become independent with changing my wound care so I did not have to rely on others. She practiced with me and gave me the most confidence that I could do this on my own. I will forever be grateful. Nicole works at the front desk and is so much more than a person that works at the front desk. She is compassionate, handled getting insurance to send me what I needed, always pleasant and encouraging, and light hearted knowing the patients that come there are very hurt. I love seeing how she treats older patients and their caregivers knowing she is doing it with so much love. There is a lot of fluidity in this office. It’s a joyous place to be and everyone reflects the same ideals respectfully and happily there. I was in so much pain and unable to take pain medication beyond Tylenol and Advil (codeine makes me sick). Eterri helped me with my primary doctor to get a non- narcotic medication called Torridol which made such a big difference in my comfort. After the ambulance ride, ER then urgent care and ER again I was only offered Vicodin. I thought I was going to black out from the pain. I had no idea there was something to help me through the most painful parts of my injury. My treatment was not just clinical, it was my overall health, constant support, completed with emotional and mental health to heal. It feels like a small town USA doctor office with an incredibly well built team. Please skip the big chains like Baptist and see the wonderful team at Wound Care St. Augustine!!! I promise!!!!
I am incredibly grateful to Physician Seif for his exceptional care and expertise. After waking up with what seemed like a minor spider bite, my condition rapidly deteriorated into a severe, painful skin infection (MRSA). I visited urgent care, my general practitioner, and a dermatologist, but despite multiple cultures and two rounds of antibiotics, my leg continued to worsen. I was terrified of losing my leg. Fortunately, a colleague recommended him. From my very first visit, it was clear he is a highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and skilled physician. He took over my wound care, treating me twice a week for almost 2 months. Unlike my painful experiences elsewhere, his treatments were gentle, precise, and highly effective. He truly treats his patients from the heart. Physician Seif saved my leg, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dedicated, brilliant healer. Overall, highly recommend this wound care place where is everyone have a great customer services⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recommend Wound Care of St Augustine! I did not think my lower leg wound would ever heal, but with there positive intervention and excellent care, I believe my ordeal is almost over. My wound started in June of 2025. I started with another wound care faciltiy in January of 2026. I worked with them for 4 months without any measurable success. On June 3, 2026, I started with Wound Care of St Augustine. Doc Saif did an extensive review of my wound and determined that I should have my wound dressed and examined 3 days a week. I was never seen this often at the previous wound care faciltiy. After two weeks I was reduced to 2 days a week and it appears after 2 weeks on this schedule, I may be released in one more week. I have seen measurable improvement and Doc Saif and the staff have been very supportive. I definitely recommend there office for wound care.
Terry started my wound care as a result of previous wound care facility making my wound worse and caused me to have an additional wound. She began my treatment and recently released me as completely healed. I cannot express how impressed I have been with Terry, and Nicole at the front desk. The facility is well equipped, meticulously maintained and extremely invested in my satisfaction with their approach. To say I am grateful is not enough - I would not hesitate to recommend them and this facility. My healing was more than satisfactory, and I am comfortable to return if I have another wound that needs their expertise.
Our first visit to the wound care St Augustine, was great. The team showed great concern, care and detailed information. Allowing us to better care for my wife open wound at home, signs and expectations. Ongoing care with several more visits and total confidence that this will heal, is a huge comfort and very welcoming. To the care team, I thank you
