I’ve had wonderful experiences with Urgent Care Cure at all three locations. Dr. Prytkov and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful, professional, caring, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care. Every visit has been handled with kindness and attention, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. It’s reassuring to have a medical team that truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend Urgent Care Cure and Dr. Prytkov to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, exceptional and genuine care. - Gina A.
This was the best appointment with any type of medical provider or doctor I’ve ever had in my life. Th PA who helped me was named Cameron Taylor and I swear we need more people like her helping people in this world. I have never felt more seen or heard. I actually walked away receiving the help I needed and a plan for how to best take care of myself. Not only did they respect my wishes as a patient and not push things on me, but they let me get comfortable and the assistants and NP were even friendly and kind. I genuinely think this is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. That woman deserves every raise and every vacation she asks for. On top of the impeccable care, the wait was less than 30 minutes.
I walked in feeling terrible and was promptly seen. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the lobby area was. The ladies at the front were very friendly and hospitable. When I got to a room to be seen, everything was clean and smelled sterile. The P.A./Doctor that I saw in a looked me in my eyes, listened, and put me on the right track to feeling better. The scripts were called in almost immediately, so I was able to pick them up before my pharmacy closed on Sunday. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor’s office, not just an urgent care. No cap! Urgent Care Cure at Ponte Vedra, truly made an impact on me.
Getting the flu over a holiday weekend was a nightmare but everyone at Urgent Care Cure was wonderful. I was able to see someone so quickly, get prescriptions & instructions for care, and they even called the next day to check on me. Really impressive, I would highly recommend them.
I hurt my ankle at the gym and my husband called Urgent Care Cure since they were closest. They let me know that there would be a wait time since I was a walk in. Surprisingly, the wait time ended up being much shorter than estimated. The front desk girl was so sweet! Dr. Prytkov was thorough and extremely kind. This was quite possibly the best urgent care experience I’ve had!
