Universal Roof & Contracting

URC has been fantastic to work with. I got quotes from several roofing companies and URC was very competitive and complete. Alex was very through in explaining their process/materials and not pushy at all. When time came to get to a number we worked back and forth until we made it work. Mike was the project manager on site and was equally fantastic. Gave me updates at every step of the process and went out of his way to make sure I was happy from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend URC to anyone considering a roofing project!

My husband and I called Universal Roof to set up an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof and 3 skylights. Our call was answered promptly and an appointment was set the next week. Dalton came out and showed us the differences between shingles, walked our roof to measure our skylights and assess the condition of the plywood underneath the shingles. He was very thorough, professional and informative. He suggested we install roof vents instead of using our old vents. We decided to use Universal Roof and not get any other estimates based on Dalton's presentation. We are so pleased with the communication, workmanship, and quality of our new roof!! Jarod, the project manager, came out to inspect all the materials that had been delivered for our roof installation the next day. He discovered that one of our skylights was missing, and promised that he would have it in his truck the next morning. He did!! Our roof is fantastic, our skylights are beautiful, no leaks!! Even through Tropical Storm Debby. They were great to work with, have a fantastic product, and a professional team all around.

Daniel Elek with Universal Roofing was incredible to work with. From the initial inspection to the final installation, he was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through the insurance claim process after our roof was damaged in a storm. Daniel worked closely with our insurance company to make sure our roof replacement was properly covered, which took so much stress off our shoulders. His expertise and commitment to his clients really stood out. If you're in need of a new roof, don’t hesitate to contact Daniel. You’ll be in great hands!

I have a commercial property with multiple buildings, a church with a school, as well as a single-family residence “Parsonage” that had an outdated roof that had sustained damage over the years. Marty and His team at Universal Roof provided an exceptional service, they not only replaced the roof with a superior roof product but the materials and the craftsmanship are the industries finest. We have used many contractors throughout the nearly 20 years that we have had this property but I have not had any contractors that provided a better team of employees. I was thoroughly amazed at how quickly they were able to do the work; and how carefully they repaired the roof structure and sheathing before they installed the roofing to ensure our roof would last. finally, they did such a meticulous cleaning of the property you would never know that they were ever here except for our house has the best-looking roof in the neighborhood. Thank you, Universal Roofing!
